Richmond, VA—30 retired FBI agents joined numerous former justice department officials have broken ranks and demanded clemency for four American sailors wrongfully convicted of a 1997 rape and murder of a Norfolk woman.The lawmen in an unprecedented move held a press conference seeking Virginia’s Governor to right a decade old wrong.
I have no firsthand knowledge of this case or investigation but can’t deny the finding of this esteemed group.
I can’t imagine the Virginia governor failing to take action under pressure from this unstoppable group.
The case sounds intriguing and I see an exciting feature film in the works.
