Why This Conservative Hates The Death Penalty!

I used to be a big death penalty supporter.Then I got on the job and saw the ineptness of our criminal justice system,its broken.Too many mistakes.While certain people and cases are worthy of a death penalty,i cannot support the penalty due to the current gross incompetence of the system.
