New TSA Intrusion Will Facilitate Government Airline Takeover

Washington, DC.-- White House Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel said it best when he advised, "Never waste a good crisis.”

That concept was used in 1933 with great success by the Nazi Party in Germany. The Reichstag was torched in Berlin at a time when the NAZI’s had less than a one-third approval rate.

That arson fire quickly resulted in sweeping new laws that gave the Nazis absolute power. Did the arsonist use that convenient tunnel from the Parliament residential building occupied by Nazi henchman Hermann Goering? That inside job theory is the popular belief today.

Barack Obama knows that the flying public dislikes the TSA and that millions of Americans refuse to fly to avoid getting frisked like criminals. They loathe the hard corps unemployable staffing the TSA utilizes to grope, steal from and otherwise abuse travelers.

With new and more intrusive screening airlines more people will stay home or find other ways to travel. That will destroy the airlines and give Obama the perfect vehicle to take over the industry. The un-American bailouts and health care hostile takeover set the pace for yet another major industry run by government.

The Christmas–eve Panty Bomber has given a gift to the Obama Administration.

When Is A Symbolic Hanging Free Speech?

Plaines, GA—Some prankster unhappy with Barack Obama took a manikin and made it resemble the president and hanged it as some kind of nasty statement. It has brought rebuke, outrage and an investigation from the United States Secret Service.

In October of 2008 in West Hollywood, CA Vice Presidential nominee, Sarah Palin suffered the exact same indignity and it only generated laughter and glee. No charges were brought but the man who put that one up took it down after reflecting on his poor choice of a visual statement.

Both of these events are indeed ugly. The First Amendment gives American’s the right to unpopular thought or speech.

Had this been a effigy hanging of Adolph Hitler in Germany, those responsible would have gotten quick trials and sent to Berlin’s Plötzensee Prison death room along with some friends and family members.

Ugly free speech needs protection or we will be having judges trying to determine if some imaginary speech line was crossed with a particular message.

Ugly speech should be discouraged through social rather than legal means.

In the foreground is the Plötzensee Prison guillotine used to behead most victims until the sheer number of executions during the Third Reich made that method impractical. After this, most victims were hanged from the hooks behind from piano wire.

Chicago Fireman On Trial For His Life--Updated

Chicago, ILTed Kozak, 58 is a professional hero. He has saved many lives and many millions of dollars of property during his career. Kozak has never been a threat to anyone and has avoided a criminal record. That all changed in September of 2006 when police raided his home.

Kozak believes that the words of our Constitution have real meaning. Keeping and bearing of arms suitable for military service is not some special privilege for the elite but the right of the people.

Kozak’s close friend, a retired Chicago cop collected guns instead of stamps, cars or toy trains. The retired lawman had a collection worth thousands and prized pieces such as his “Chicago Typewriter” prominently displayed in Michael Mann’s movie, Public Enemies.
Needing cancer surgery the ailing fellow asked Kozak to securely store his collection while he was being treated. The collection was safe until Chicago police found and seized the firearms.

That Thompson submachine gun is a showpiece and it’s over 70 years old. It’s impressive to look at but it’s not for use in violent crime but to be kept under museum conditions. So were the other collectable firearms, found in his possession.

Now Kozak is on trial for engaging in constitutionally protected activity in gun rights hating Chicago. Chicago’s officials want to put Kozak in prison for many years. Is this because he was evil? No, but because he has not bowed to the all powerful Oz and chose to enjoy his American rights.

This is a rare gun case since it only involved simple possession. The usual drug or violence related charges, in so many other gun cases does not exist.

A jury will be selected tomorrow, January 5th at 2600 S. California Avenue room 706, Chicago Illinois. This case will be tried by Daley appointee, Judge Jorge Allonzo.

The jury won’t be told about their absolute power to acquit if they simply feel like it. One juror can simply vote Not Guilty and they will be unable to imprison Kozak.

Chicago area gun owners should dress well and come on down to court beginning Wednesday and attend Kozak’s trial. Be sure to sit on his side of the courtroom and remain well-behaved. Kozak needs all the support he can get.

Update! 6 Jan
Ted Kozak’s prosecution and defense rested today. At 8:30 AM tomorrow closing arguments will begin and then the jury will be instructed by Judge Domenica Ann Stephenson. I suspect after the lunch break deliberations will begin. There well may be a verdict by the end of the day. Be there in room 215.

Selling Communism And Socialism To A Free Society

Karl Marx promises under his ideal plan for government that everyone will share the wealth and dream of being part of a great society.

The Communist revolutions all begin with words, music and art along with good hearted and idealistic young people. Romance, enjoyable parties and the fine poetry set to beautiful music in the musical masterpiece, Guantanamera is a great springboard. I can’t argue that the concept is inviting but unfortunately it always ends the same way.

Even for that great song, Guantanamera there is no shortage of intrigue and controversy surrounding that anthem. José Fernández is said to have composed the music and written the lyrics. Cuban communist history revisionists now credit their hero, Jose Marti with creating the most popular song of the Cuban revolution. I guess if the supreme Communist authority declares it, it must be so.

After the revolution peaceful or otherwise property is confiscated by force from some and given to others. Resistance always results and is soon met by mass executions. No individual rights can remain. Speech and religion gets regulated to death. The Communist criminal justice system is nothing more than a pretend show as authorities convict and condemn the lucky ones to the Gulag but far more are put to death.

By far the most corrupt governments are under Communism/Socialism where officials don’t have to answer to anyone. They plunder their nations wealth relentlessly.

Liberals and those sympathetic or tolerant to communism/Socialism all claim to want to see the death penalty abolished. The cruelest mass murders have all been carried out under the Socialist/Communist flag. There really is nothing Liberal about eliminating Liberty.

The Socialist dream is always a holocaust.

Obama and The TSA Will Save Us from Terrorism!

Washington, DC.-- It appears that at least a weak effort will be made to keep bombs off of our airplanes. The TSA announced that they will be giving special screening to passengers coming from unfriendly nations. Rather than better screening for these people we’d be a lot safer if they were simply kept off of our planes and soil.

Tightened random screening has been promised for visitors from certain countries. Now 100 percent of passengers from 14 terrorism-prone countries will be patted down and have their carry-on baggage searched. The Obama administration was notifying airlines on Sunday of the changes.

You can’t keep deadly weapons out of maximum security prisons and this new program won’t work either.

TSA Worker’s Assault Caught On Tape At LAX

Los Angeles, CA—I’ve never been fond of the FAA or the TSA because of the inept and horrifically wasteful way they deal with airline security.

The searching of passengers without probable cause or a search warrant is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment to our Constitution. The system they put in place is un-American but accepted by the sheep, but that does not make it right.

The TSA was nothing more than a jobs program that was established through the exploitation of fear in America.

The TSA has been ineffective, intrusive, rude, unnecessary, expensive and illegal. That being said today I wanted to capture some footage of the TSA in action for this blog and did so without incident.

After I got the video I wanted, I left the terminal and saw LAX police making a routine arrest. I started taping and then a large Black woman wearing a TSA worker’s uniform began to order me around and when I rebuffed her commands she began shoving me with her hands and aggressively pursuing me. That finally ended when the police that were on scene intervened.

I have no interest in seeing this federal employee who acted stupidly arrested for assault. I have avoided identifying this woman as the face time she will get may be adequate punishment.

Had this been a white TSA employee and a black victim this would have resulted in a Whitehouse “Beer Summit” with the President Barack Obama. I have no illusions that the Whitehouse will have any concerns about this incident at all.

I want the TSA to train their help to deal with terror issues and not insult or assault Americans at our airports. Using terrorism on Americans is no help.

Warning! I used some strong language as the situation escalated. I had an absolute right to threaten or even use violence to stop her assault. Thankfully because of this video nobody must guess what happened or rely on “witnesses” with agendas.

Information about the law and TSA regulations are posted below the video.
In case anyone was wondering what the law and TSA regulation are about photography at California’s airports…

California has no laws prohibiting photography at airports. Permits are required for commercial film projects. News gathering photography is also protected by the First Amendment.

TSA Regulations RE: Photography.
2.7. PHOTOGRAPHING, VIDEOTAPING, AND FILMING SCREENING LOCATIONS

A. TSA does not prohibit the public, passengers, or press from photographing, videotaping, or filming screening locations unless the activity interferes with a TSO’s ability to perform his or her duties or prevents the orderly flow of individuals through the screening location. Requests by commercial entities to photograph an airport screening location must be forwarded to TSA’s Office of Strategic Communications and Public Affairs. Photographing EDS or ETD monitor screens or emitted images is not permitted.

B. TSA must not confiscate or destroy the photographic equipment or film of any person photographing the screening location.

C. Whenever possible, x-ray machine images must not be visible to the public or press. When physical constraints prevent x-ray images from being fully protected from public viewing, TSOs must ensure no member of the public or press is in a position to observe an x-ray monitor for an extended period of time.

Passengers and other unauthorized individuals must not be allowed to view EDS or ETD monitors and screens.

D. In addition to this policy, local laws, State statutes, or local ordinances may prohibit photographing, videotaping, or filming screening locations. TSA management must ensure that TSOs are familiar with these State or local laws. However, State and local authorities must enforce such laws. TSOs must alert an LEO to individuals who may be violating these State or local laws, but must not confront these individuals.

Disabled Illinois Cops Need Protection

Chicago, IL—This would not be an issue but for the miserable and unconstitutional gun laws of Illinois. Carrying a gun while not authorized by law in Illinois is a felony. The law-abiding folks can’t carry because they risk everything important like their job, reputation and citizenship. Dangerous felons on the other hand have nothing to lose.

We ask our cops to go out and investigate crimes and arrest the offenders. That is indeed risky business. However the risk does not end with the arrest.

Sometimes the cop is the only witness that can prove a crime and if he or she is murdered that old case evaporates and the offender must go free.

Sometimes a cop is recognized on a public street and swift retaliation for making the arrest happens. These ugly things can result months and even years after an arrest.

When an officer is off on disability either temporary or permanent the right to carry a concealed weapon ends. Perhaps the officer has an injured leg or back and running or even walking fast is out of the question. What are the officer’s options for survival? Frankly without a concealed handgun their future may be very bleak.

Now there is a group dedicated to get the necessary changes so officers on disability can reasonably protect themselves. The group behind this effort is called The Disabled Illinois Police Officer's Safety Group.

The first stop for this group is the Illinois General Assembly. Will state lawmakers give the very people on the front lines of public safety the protection they deserve?

We’ve asked those cops to risk life and limb so Illinois can be a safe place to live and raise children it is only fair that these elected officials make sure cops can protect themselves even when disabled.

This legislation was the brainchild of a group of Chicago finest who already picked the name, The Disabled Chicago Police Officer's Safety Group. Because this change must be a statewide effort the group as of today changed their name to The Disabled Illinois Police Officer's Safety Group.

Bloggers Getting Federal Heat For Releasing this Information

Yep! TSA goons that can’t follow up leads to stop real pantybombers have no difficulty going after bloggers like me that are critical of their unworkable mess. The TSA losers hate to deal with informed passengers that can refuse to get pushed around because they know the rules.

Subpoenas have been issued and served seeking to learn who leaked the following:

Can The Airlines still survive with nearly one third less paying passengers?

Washington, D.C.—With the current discussion of those horrifically expensive and intrusive full body scanners for airline travelers Fox News is doing a survey. The results so far indicate airlines will lose much more business yet.

Can our mortally wounded economy take yet another massive hit?

Would you be willing to undergo an airport "full body scan"?
Yes 71% 146252
No 29% 60717
Total votes: 206969

You need to examine this 2008 report about Americans and their response to the TSA and their security screening:

According to the Travel Industry Association, 41 million airplane trips were avoided last year by fellow Americans. That in turn dealt a $67 Billion cumulative cost to our economy.

A landmark survey revealed shocking information that points directly at the TSA and the misery they pile on to travelers with mindless security screening games and indignities that do nothing more that provide an illusion of security.

Flying today is a truly miserable experience.

Why Searching Airline Passengers Can’t stop Airline Bombing And Terror

Imagine that you’ve been given an assignment. Bring 1 ½ pounds of simulated C-4 plastic explosive, blasting cap and a battery onto an Airplane. You will be rewarded by the government with $10,000.00 every time you can do this without getting caught.

For those who don’t know C-4 pictured above is merely a chemical compound that could be manufactured by anyone with a basic knowledge of chemistry. It you’re smart enough to make the illicit street drug meth, you’re also smart enough to make C-4 explosive.

I’d like that job because I know I could successfully pull that feat off once or twice per day, always avoiding detection. I’d also want to make sure that the materials are inert so there’s no danger should the materials somehow fall into the wrong hands.

If a reasonably smart person researched this they too could easily defeat the TSA and commit mass murder in the process. We are in fact at the mercy of those who would do us harm.

If someone wanted to place the C-4 on an airplane with a timing device and manage to not be on the plane when it is set off I’m certainly confident they could do that too. Thankfully, few people would ever want to harm innocent people for any reason.

You’d only have to defeat the sensitive vapor sniffing equipment and k-9s used by the TSA. You can pack the C-4 and blasting cap so that it would be unrecognizable sail through the checkpoints. It’s easy if you know what you’re doing.

Wardens of maximum security prisons can’t keep weapons out of prisons where total strip searches are done redundantly. How then can the TSA keep the tools of terror out of our airports? The answer is they can’t beat the determined and sophisticated terrorist with the program they spent billions on creating.

The only effective tool for preventing terrorism is criminal profiling and keeping foreigners from unfriendly countries off of our planes. Our government refuses to use the only screening process that will work.

Virtual strip searches, handcuffing passengers to their seats can’t stop terrorism. The only value of the TSA program is the illusion of security that fools passengers into thinking terrorism is somehow either slowed or halted. The TSA is a make work, jobs program, nothing more.

We'd do a lot better if we'd let off duty cops fly free if they are armed and carry hancuffs.

Phoenix Kidnapping And Child Molesting Suspect was in Court.

Phoenix, AZ—Accused in the abduction and molestation last week of a five year-old girl, Larry Jon Ladwig is ordered held without bail. He was appointed a public defender. This courtroom is located in the basement of the Madison Street Jail. It is very rare to see even one jail guard next to a defendant in this video there are two.
