I Need Help From High Seas Cargo Ship Buffs.

Click on the photos to enlarge...

This is a photograph of a coupling device used to hold those large shipping containers together as they haul goods across the oceans and rail routes all over this earth. This item was recovered in the Los Angeles area.

I hope someone can tell me the source or owner of the device in the above photograph. If you have any information click on my picture and please send me an e-mail.

Harbor Division? Don't you mean San Pedro PD? Heh, heh!

Good to see another former LAPD cop here. What agency did you move onto?

Paul, contact Cooper Marine...I know them from Mobile, but they are the largest stevedoring company in the world, with offices in all major ports...if it moves on the sea or on major rivers they load and unload it...hope that helps.
