Los Angeles, CA—Nobody could recreate the shooting death of Lana Clarkson under controlled and observed conditions without using a living victim. We don’t really know for sure about blood spray. The jury has to take the guess of experts all of which never once witnessed such a shooting.Then there are those who spread a myth that woman would never put a gun in their mouth to commit suicide. Now there exists a gun range video of a woman, Marie Moore, 44 who first murdered her son and put the gun in her mouth and killed herself Lana Clarkson style.
It’s too bad the video can’t be reviewed by the Spector jury so they can see firsthand that these things happen and the behavior of the human mouth during the explosion. The spray from that woman’s mouth must have been quite a sight.

Your take on Spector seems right since they are trying him not on evidence of the killing of Lana Clarkson, but a lifetime worth of failed relationships. This should be a Not Guilty and allegations from the trailer park trashy ladies never belonged in the courtroom.
It's difficult to learn what's going on without anyone covering the case.
The woman running the hate blog is unemployed and idle. she rides the train to court and castigates Phil Spector every single day.
During the first Spector trial I was recovering from an injury and reported from the gavel to gavel streaming video. I sat up in bed with my laptop and it kept me from going crazy.

Is it possible that Lana Clarkson
shot herself in the mouth given the fact that she broke two of her own wrists at a christmas party a year or so before she had ever met Phil Spector.
Did Lana harbor harm to herself and was it a pattern of hers to harm herself in public places. Was the shooting the second manifestation of harm inflicted by herself?
I am not convinced beyond a reasonable doubt are you?
Phil may be a fool on the hill who at times needed to feel important and did this by waiving his guns about and scaring the people he was close to - but I am not convinced that he is a murderer. Why would he start to fire so late in life?
Also I am not sure if the lesser charge of involuntary manslaughter can be proven either?
The reasonable doubt here is as solid as reasonable doubt gets.
