Bureaucrats and politicians have become increasingly heavy handed over the last three decades. These government officials tax more, confiscate more and tread on Americans with ever increasing efficiency. All this government muscle flexing has caused these same officials to become panicky of the citizens whose lives they change. What’s the solution to their angst? Americans entering the buildings are searched just like criminals without a warrant or probable cause. The officials ordering these un-Constitutional outrages are quick to exempt themselves from the indignity as they waive their government identification cards as they bypass the checkpoints. We were all told by the media organizations that McKinney’s recent assault on a Capitol police officer was going to be investigated by a Grand Jury this past Monday. Where’s the Indictment you ask? Wonder no more! I have the answer! A Grand Jury presentation on this matter would take less than an hour and result in a felony assault Indictment. Any second-year law student could get that indictment against McKinney. Since that did not happen I had to find out just what is going on. I have a special talent for that! Gazing into my crystal ball I saw some hot and heavy negotiations between McKinney’s lawyers and the Justice department. Negotiations made because this suspect and her lawyers see the end of her career in Congress looming and are trying to head that off. Arrogance is taking its toll on Cynthia McKinney as every indication of a looming prosecution; perhaps for felony assault hangs over this Congresswoman. McKinney found out what millions of Americans deal with every day. Those ineffective, intrusive and demeaning warrant-less searches conducted on people who must do business with their own government. I’m pleased to report that Cynthia McKinney won’t be recording votes in the halls on Congress anymore. She was and is clearly a nut job that needed to be removed from the public payroll. Yes, she’s the one who likes surrounds herself with black celebrities. She just brought in two Ebony Hollywood types to stand by as she gave her, “I Can’t Talk Because Of My Lawyer’s Advice”, press conference last week. This is not about ethics but about theft. Her alleged assault on a Capitol police officer and her subsequent attempt to smear the working cop for protecting her and the other members on Congress is really disgusting.
