Star Prosecution Witness Limo Driver Lied In Spector Case

Limo driver Adriano Desouza is not so dumb. He’s an illegal alien that knew full well that if he was needed as a witness by the government that would buy him time and perhaps a Green Card. Giving the government what it wants has prevented Desouza’s deportation.

Adriano Desouza’s direct testimony reveals that he is also clairvoyant. Prosecutor Alan Jackson asked Desouza to describe the gun Spector was holding. “A black gun with brown grips”, he said. The problem is the grips on this little gun (old model, Colt Cobra, D frame revolver) can’t be seen when someone is holding the gun by the grip!

I hope Spector’s defense team noticed this obvious lie and feed the lie back to Adriano Desouza during Cross-examination.

Update: To clear up confusion the Limo driver said under direct trial testimony, and to police early on that he saw Spector holding the gun in the exact pose he demonstrated in court. I have recreated that pose in this picture. The gun (Colt Cobra) is very small and the person holding it is 5’5” tall and 150 lbs. He is only slightly larger than Spector.

The driver also said that Spector had blood on his right index finger and that would make sense if Spector picked up the bloody gun after the Clarkson fell. It would be a natural reaction to pick up a gun under those circumstances for safety reasons.

THIS "GRIP VISABILITY" BIT IS BUT A SIMPLE ARGUEMENT TO DEFEAT. THE REASON(S) THE LIMO DRIVER "COULD" SEE THE GRIPS ARE NUMEROUS; HERE'S JUST THREE FOR YOU. 1. THE FRAGILE-HANDED BITCH HOLDING THE GUN (SPECTOR), WHOSE HANDS NEVER DID A DAYS WORK WERE MUCH SMALLER THAN YOURS. 2. MOST GUN NUTS WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO HOLD A GUN, THINK IT'S WILD WEST TIME AND THEY HOLD THE GUN WITH THEIR INDEX FINGER AND ONLY A TINY PART OF THEIR INNER PALM. 3. PERHAPS THE WHACK-JOB SPECTOR WAS SO IN SHOCK AFTER HIS GUN WENT OFF IN HIS HAND, AIMED AT CLARKSON, AND THAT HE HAD FINALLY KILLED SOMEONE WITH A GUN AFTER PULLING IT FOR YEARS ON OTHER WOMEN, THAT HE JUST DANGLED IT ON HIS INDEX FINGER AS HE REPORTED TO THE LIMO DRIVER THAT HE HAD KILLED HER. I am not sure that I agree with these conclusions. The chauffeur might have an incentive to lie owing to his allegedly illegal status. But this can cut both ways. As I understand he is alleged to have overstayed his visa limit and has committed no other crime. So he has a strong incentive to tell the truth as if he is ultimately found to have committed perjury he will never be able to reside in the US again. Your point about the grip is a good one but the person used in the photograph might have a larger hand than Phil Spector. PS is a small person and his hands would be correspondingly smaller. PS's hand may not obscure the pistol grip.

I don't understand why you are so convinced that this freak is innocent. He is a disturbed individual, and for some reason has a huge ego. I wouldn't put it past him to threaten women with a gun to get his way. Of course, I hope that the criminal justice system works as it is supposed to and finds him guilty if there is no reasonable doubt. Time will tell.

As to hand-size, a Cobra's grip would get swallowed up in the hand of a 12-year-old girl, let alone an adult.

Phil Spector is so innocent it is not funny! Let's get the facts straight folks! You hold or touch a gun and your DNA not be on it. Phil Spector's DNA is NOT on the gun. You could not hold a gun and not expect your fingerprints not to be there. Phil Spector's fingerprints were NOT on the gun. You can't be the person who loaded a gun if your fingerprints aren't on the bullets. Lana Clarkson's DNA is on the bullets. Can't fire a gun in somones mouth without getting blood, tissue and gun shot reside on your sleeves and the cuffs of your shirt. Phil Spector had no blood spatter on the sleeves of his jacket, especially his right because he is right handed, there wasn't any tissue on him let alone his cuffs, and there was not any gun shot residue on his sleeves, cuffs or his entire jacket and outfit. Lana Clarkson had copious amounts of gunshot residue all over her hands, blood spatter on her hands, tissue on her arms and shoulders and the gun was 2 inchs inside of her mouth with her lips slightly shut. She had a .12 alcohol level, 12 vicodin in her system and other drugs...she had a thing for sucking on guns and playing around with them....plus she has a history of using cocaine and other drugs...she was way beyond messed up and killed herself.
