Los Angeles, CA :  This morning (Aug 9, 2015) LAPD has a triple fatal accident on their hands.   This was at Roscoe Blvd and Haskell Avenue in the North Hills area.   Riley John Holman ,19   of Mission Hills was arrested on three counts of suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.  

Ricardo Medina, Jr.  Palmdale, CA —L.A. County Sheriff’s officers responded to a Saturday 911 call from Ricardo Medina, Jr ., 37 after he reportedly stabbed his roommate.   Deputies entered the home and found Joshua Sutter mortally wounded after being stabbed by a sword allegedly by the actor most famous for playing the Red Mighty Morphing Power Ranger .   A Sheriff’s spokesman said that Sutter was fighting with Medina who with his unidentified girlfriend fled to a bedroom.   The dead man then forced his way into the bedroom when he was mortally wounded. Sutter lived in the home but assuming the sheriff’s department is correct that he stepped up his violence by forcing his way into the safety of the bedroom.   Depending on size or strength disparity use of deadly force to terminate such of an attack was reasonable. Tempe, AZ —Tempe criminal lawyer, Joseph Palmisano , 48 is being held for Kidnapping, Attempted Murder and Aggravated Assault today.  Apparently the lawyer’s secretary’s former boyfriend, Ryan Hall , 25 was at the law office when something went terribly wrong. Hall was conscious and talking to paramedics and police and is being treated at a local hospital where he was listed in serious condition.   Somehow this case has the familiar impression of self-defense.   It’s unlikely that the lawyer talked to police because of his training and experience.   With only one participant talking to police, cops can be counted upon to label the loser of the battle the victim as the arrest the winner as the suspect.   We will have to see how this case shakes out but the defense investigation was made for the best self defense specialist private investigator I know at www.selfdefensrpi.blogspot.com www.selfdefensepi.blogspot.com to find the necessary answers.
