You could board airplanes without ID and you along with your luggage were never searched. You could travel the roads unmolested without those sobriety checkpoints. Cops were never searching bags in city subways. Taxes and bogus fines did not rise to the level of slavery like they do today. Washington D.C .—After the TSA unceremoniously subjected travelers to naked X-Ray scans there was an uproar over the invasive process and the unknown long term health effects of the Equipment used. The TSA implemented the program and bypassed required public input and normal comment periods. Today the D.C Court of Appeals spanked the Homeland security and the TSA. They ordered theTSA to follow proper comment procedure. I guess the TSA will have to settle for massive groping of our junk. Perhaps it time to stop bathing before we fly. Dallas, TX—Barack Obama’s answer to Heinrich Himmler wants Sup er Bowl fans to become Homeland Security snitches. Janet Napolitano brought her plan to recruit busybodies and others that don’t have a life to become her secret police to the Super Bowl. The Gestapo was a relatively small organization that relied on a huge snitch network during the 12 year Nazi Reich horror. Washington, DC — Homeland Security and the TSA claims they want us to be safe from terror. They say they want to do everything possible to protect us. This is a giant scam. They’ve shredded our Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable searches absent warrants or probable cause. Many Americans must travel by air and have no other option. Today, our government treats American passengers like criminals. This is over the conduct of people we’ve foolishly allowed on our planes and soil carrying passports from unfriendly nations. The truth is that explosives cannot be detected by even the best of our modern technology unless the bomb makers fail to clean their hands, clothing and luggage. Washington, DC .-- It appears that at least a weak effort will be made to keep bombs off of our airplanes. The TSA announced that they will be giving special screening to passengers coming from unfriendly nations. Rather than better screening for these people we’d be a lot safer if they were simply kept off of our planes and soil. Tightened random screening has been promised for visitors from certain countries. Now 100 percent of passengers from 14 terrorism-prone countries will be patted down and have their carry-on baggage searched. The Obama administration was notifying airlines on Sunday of the changes. You can’t keep deadly weapons out of maximum security prisons and this new program won’t work either.

Washington, D.C .—In an exercise on total stupidity the TSA made public their entire manual for protective measures on their own public accessible web site! The rules they operate under should have never been kept secret. The procedures that reveal failings of the system and the screening details of law enforcement personnel should never have been released. The cat’s out of the bag, all 93 pages of it . This breach of security is amazing to say the least. I’m sure it’s already in the hands of all the wrong people! There is good news however and that is the revelation that desspite what the TSA jerks tell you, you can photograph or videotape the TSA people without their permission and use the tape to expose their discourtesy or abuse. I avoid flying for any reason because of the creation of passenger screening and its evolution into the TSA . The airlines lost $67 billion in 2007 because of people just like me that detest the Fourth Amendment violation and the governments invasion of my privacy.
