Protesters across from The George Brown Convention Center in Houston Texas Houston, TX —The National Rifle Association just held their Annual Meeting here.  Membership of the NRA tops five million.  This meeting hosted a record crowd of over 86,000 folks that came in from all 50 states.   The economy of Houston was boosted along with public safety.  You see most of the NRA members came armed with lawful loaded and concealed weapons.  As for that 90% claim there were about two-dozen determined demonstrators that can be seen above.  I guess it’s time to wonder where these 90% are hiding.  The answer is abundantly clear that 90% figure is the product of an Obama wet dream . I was hanging out for a while with none other than Glen Beck at the Eagle Grips booth  who seemed to like Mother of Pearl and Ivory grips for some of his personal firearms. New York, NY—Fox News Channe l came on the scene when there was no media voice that countered the constant and uninterrupted tidal wave of Liberal propaganda from every TV screen.   Fox was and is a cable channel that managed to beat every other news competitor specifically CNN and MSNBC at the ratings game. Fox News was always weak in broadcasting breaking news video because they never invested enough into resources.  Instead they toss a few reporter generated stories around and do the bare minimum on breaking news.  If the story happens in a location where they have no assets video is painfully slow to be shown on Fox.  What Fox News did do right was to have Conservative talking heads that offered up something different from the rest.  They had Glen Beck and Judge Andrew Napolitano to counter the onslaught of the Left Wing broadcasters.   That has all changed for the worse. New York, NY—Fox News has showcased the talent of a 45 year-old modern version of Paul Revere . Glen Beck is warning America that the country is under an attack by Communists seeking world domination. The problem is a whole gang of them have been elected and are in at least temporary command. Beck is energizing Americans while reminding them that they, not elected officials are in charge. That’s the way our government was designed. Beck is simply telling Americans to make their voices heard. Make no mistake; Beck is an accomplished showman who makes a lot of sense.
