I can't recall a single drive by shooting I have covered where the intended target was the one actually killed.
Occassionally they do manage to hit them, but they hit some innocent four year old in the process.
Personally, I'm in favor of dumbass gang bangers killing each other. But I think there should be mandatory firearms training, and required requalification every six months.
