Anti-immigrant Trump is about to bring in 600,000 Chinese students, Why?

Six hundred thousand Chinese students in the United States. What could possibly go wrong? Let’s just invite half a million kids raised under a communist boot and see what happens. Spoiler alert: almost everything in life cuts both ways. These kids grew up in a police state where liberty is as rare as unicorns in Beijing. Then they come here, get a whiff of freedom, and suddenly America looks like Disneyland without the mouse ears. Once that happens, they don’t want to go back, except to hug their parents and grab dumplings. History already told us how this works. Look at the Vietnamese boat people. Look at the Cubans who risked their lives on inner tubes. They didn’t just escape tyranny, they became some of the loudest voices against the left-wing fairy tales sold by Clinton, Obama, and that auto-pen guy.  Sure, a couple of spies slip through the cracks. But the bulk of these kids? They’ll embrace freedom, work their tails off, and laugh at socialism while Democrats keep t...

Rebecca Haro’s Murder Mystery Theater

Rebecca Haro didn’t just “make a report.” Allegedly she put on a full Broadway production of a fake kidnapping. Her leading man? Jake Haro, her husband, a certified monster with a résumé of child cruelty so vile it left his own daughter practically a vegetable for life. For that atrocity, our justice system, ever generous to sadists, gift-wrapped him six months in jail and a probation deal softer than a baby’s blanket. He even violated that probation by grabbing a gun, but apparently “no kids allowed” wasn’t part of his probation terms. Justice didn’t just take a vacation here, it retired, bought a condo in Florida, and stopped answering calls. So now we’ve got Jake, the human embodiment of a felony, standing as the obvious prime suspect in the disappearance of his infant son. Presumption? He killed the baby. Motivation? Who cares. This guy needs no reason to be violent. And Rebecca? She’s the dutiful spouse running interference with a bogus 911 call while sporting a black eye that sc...

The Democrat Titanic Has Hit the Iceberg

The Democrat Party isn’t just losing voters, it is hemorrhaging them in biblical proportions. Picture a fire sale where everything must go, only this time it’s voter loyalty hitting the clearance rack. Even The New York Times, usually their in-house PR department, had to cough up the ugly truth recently. Registrations are flipping to Republican at a speed that makes NASCAR look like a Sunday stroll. Democrats aren’t strolling away, they’re sprinting with Olympic-level desperation, clutching their blue ballots like lifejackets on the sinking Titanic. And why? Because every time a liberal cries about Trump enforcing immigration laws, another thousand voters bolt. Every editorial tantrum, every news anchor meltdown, every fake “fact check” only fuels the Republican registration bonfire. Battleground states are lighting up red like a Fourth of July finale. Meanwhile, the so-called “mainstream media” keeps trying to sell us the same tired con, plastering TV screens with scenes of illegal...

Ladies and gentlemen Crimes of the Illegal Aliens

Let us stop pretending. Our so-called immigration enforcement is not justice, it is not fairness, it is not compassion. It is a fraud. It is a racket. And it is destroying this nation. You know who pays the price? The very citizens the government is sworn to protect. Let’s start with the obvious. When Europeans or Canadians try to come here legally, they bring skills, education, and fluent English. They pose little risk, they obey the laws, and they are ready to contribute. And what do they get for their trouble? Endless red tape, delays, and rejection. They are told to get in line. Now look at what happens when waves of trespassers pour across our southern border. They are unskilled, uneducated, and often unemployable. Many of them are criminals before they even cross. Yet they are welcomed like honored guests. Free housing. Free Cell Phones.  Free medical care. Free lawyers. And a court system that lets them file phony asylum claims just to buy themselves years of taxpa...

Kidnapping or parental coverup of their own crime?

It was around 7:00 PM outside a Big 5 Sporting Goods in Yucaipa when Rebecca Haro dialed 911 with a story ripped straight from a bad Lifetime movie. She claimed she woke up after being knocked unconscious by some faceless stranger she conveniently cannot describe. And her seven month old son Emmanuel was gone. Cue the cavalry. The San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department threw everything at it. Officers, helicopters, the works. A massive manhunt for a baby that just vanished. Rebecca had a black eye and the whole traumatized mom performance ready to go. She told police her husband, Jake and their two other kids were off at football practice while she was being a good mom, buying a mouthguard. She claimed she was in the middle of changing the baby’s diaper when, out of nowhere, she was knocked unconscious. This is the part where the stench hits, and I am not talking about the diaper. I hope the cops bagged that thing as scientific evidence. Here is my own ugly, but simple theory. No mys...

Spend a day in an American courtroom and experience the look and smell of justice.

If you have never stepped foot inside an American criminal courtroom, you are missing one of the most eye-opening and electrifying experiences you can have.   Actually you can get your fill of true crime in a single day. Forget the marathon of sitting through an entire trial. That is a multi-week slog. I am talking about a preliminary hearing, the fast, concentrated jolt of the justice system where the stakes are high, the drama is real, and the outcome can change a defendant’s life forever. There are only two ways a criminal case heads toward trial. The first is through a grand jury indictment. That is a secret process, no public allowed, not even the defendant’s lawyer. Unless the accused chooses to testify, he will never see the jurors’ faces or hear the evidence directly. It is a closed-door decision that can feel like a mystery. The second way, the one you can witness, is the preliminary hearing. It is like a mini-trial where the prosecutor parades witnesses to the stand, s...

So you want to represent yourself in a felony trial?

Representing yourself in a criminal case is not bravery, it is suicide with paperwork. You are walking into a legal minefield armed with nothing but blind confidence and Google searches. I have watched these self taught courtroom warriors mumble their way through arguments they could have won if they only knew how. It is like watching someone set their own hair on fire in slow motion. Even the worst lawyer in town will keep you alive longer than trying to play attorney in your own felony trial which is the express lane to a prison cell complete with free orange wardrobe and a concrete mattress. As a criminal defense investigator I have recently been thrown into the circus ring with defendants who decided they were too smart for actual lawyers. They have traded seasoned legal counsel for the thrill of playing Perry Mason in their own courtroom disaster. My hands are tied by court rules that forbid me from giving legal advice which is a shame because watching these self appointed genius...
