The brutal legal road ahead for accused killer Nick Reiner

Nick Reiner’s name detonated into public consciousness overnight. Police allege he stabbed his parents, Rob Reiner and Michelle Singer Reiner, to death. Investigators say the forensic evidence is heavy and unavoidable, including substantial blood evidence was recovered. Attention quickly turned to who would defend a young man now facing the full weight of a California murder prosecution. Many were surprised when attorney, Alan Jackson appeared on his behalf.  Jackson is no rookie. He is a longtime criminal defense attorney and a former Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney. His résumé includes prosecuting one of the most notorious homicide cases in modern history: the Phil Spector trials. After an initial mistrial and a retrial, Spector was convicted of murdering actress Lana Clarkson. Despite defense claims involving suicide or negligent handling of Spector’s Colt revolver, Spector was sentenced to prison, where he later died. Alan Jackson does not come cheap. As of now, the...

Charlie Kirk was never just another conservative activist. He was the nightmare the Deep State could not shake.

He came out of the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights, the kind of place the media pretends good patriots do not exist. Eagle Scout? Check. Brilliant debater? Check. Natural-born speaker who could outtalk and outthink their entire Ivy League echo chamber? Triple check. Kirk dropped out of Harper College and had the audacity to call the whole scam what it is, a racket for indoctrination and debt. Love him or hate him, nobody with a functioning brain could deny he was smart. Smarter, in fact, than the overpaid bureaucrats who spent sleepless nights plotting how to shut him up. Like me, Kirk made his rounds on Chicago talk radio. As a teenager he would put on a sharp suit and sit across from Amy Jacobson on her morning drive show.  She thought he was a charming kid. The Left thought he was a ticking time bomb for’ their propaganda monopoly. And they were right. His social media reach blew past the old TV networks. Young people, the very demographic Democrats thought they owned, we...

Rebecca Haro’s Murder Mystery Theater

Rebecca Haro didn’t just “make a report.” Allegedly she put on a full Broadway production of a fake kidnapping. Her leading man? Jake Haro, her husband, a certified monster with a résumé of child cruelty so vile it left his own daughter practically a vegetable for life. For that atrocity, our justice system, ever generous to sadists, gift-wrapped him six months in jail and a probation deal softer than a baby’s blanket. He even violated that probation by grabbing a gun, but apparently “no kids allowed” wasn’t part of his probation terms. Justice didn’t just take a vacation here, it retired, bought a condo in Florida, and stopped answering calls. So now we’ve got Jake, the human embodiment of a felony, standing as the obvious prime suspect in the disappearance of his infant son. Presumption? He killed the baby. Motivation? Who cares. This guy needs no reason to be violent. And Rebecca? She’s the dutiful spouse running interference with a bogus 911 call while sporting a black eye that sc...

Kidnapping or parental coverup of their own crime?

It was around 7:00 PM outside a Big 5 Sporting Goods in Yucaipa when Rebecca Haro dialed 911 with a story ripped straight from a bad Lifetime movie. She claimed she woke up after being knocked unconscious by some faceless stranger she conveniently cannot describe. And her seven month old son Emmanuel was gone. Cue the cavalry. The San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department threw everything at it. Officers, helicopters, the works. A massive manhunt for a baby that just vanished. Rebecca had a black eye and the whole traumatized mom performance ready to go. She told police her husband, Jake and their two other kids were off at football practice while she was being a good mom, buying a mouthguard. She claimed she was in the middle of changing the baby’s diaper when, out of nowhere, she was knocked unconscious. This is the part where the stench hits, and I am not talking about the diaper. I hope the cops bagged that thing as scientific evidence. Here is my own ugly, but simple theory. No mys...

Austin Metcalf, was it murder, or self-defense?

As a former police officer and a long-time private investigator specializing in use-of-force and self-defense cases, I have witnessed firsthand how quickly these situations escalate. When violent incidents occur, arrests are made, and I am often called to investigate on behalf of the accused and their legal teams. My work is rooted in a staunch belief in the Second Amendment and the fundamental right to self-defense. Recently, a tragic incident occurred involving Austin Metcalf, a young white student who was fatally stabbed. Metcalf was known as a bright and dedicated student and a member of the football team. The altercation unfolded suddenly in the presence of his twin brother and several other white youths. Karmelo Anthony, an African-American young man, has admitted to the stabbing, claiming it was an act of self-defense. On the surface, his self-defense claim appears somewhat plausible. A critical question arises: Why would a young black man initiate a conflict with a group of w...
