Security on mass transit? Spare me the excuses. The answer is brutally simple.

Iryna Zarutska a young white girl was slaughtered like prey on a Charlotte commuter train while a train car full of useless black spectators sat there staring at the attack.  Iryna wasn’t doing anything but looking at her cellphone, and a career mutant criminal with at least 14 priors decided she was his target. Not a black woman sitting there. Not the other black passengers. He went straight for the white girl, and everyone knows damn well why. This was a racial hit, and the savages around her didn’t lift a finger. She bled out in her seat while cowards watched. Her last minutes were a nightmare we can’t even put into words. After he stabbed the killer bragged twice on the train, “I got that white girl!” Don’t give me the “mental illness” bullshit. That’s the coward’s cop-out. This wasn’t a confused soul. This was a predator. An inhuman, cruel, bottom-feeding monster who should have been removed from the gene pool long ago. Now, public safety brass pretend they don’t know what...

Robert K. “Bob” Corbin Dead at 96

Robert “Bob” Corbin lived his life as a prosecutor, a patriot, and a force to be reckoned with in Arizona law and politics. Early in his career, as a Maricopa County deputy county attorney, he prosecuted Ernesto Miranda not once but twice. Yes, that Miranda, the one whose case reached the Supreme Court and gave us the now-famous Miranda rights repeated in every TV show and cop movie. What most people forget, or never knew, is that Miranda himself was convicted at both trials of rape. He served his full sentence. He gained nothing personally from the Supreme Court’s ruling that forever changed criminal procedure in America. Corbin, along with his first assistant Steve Twist, rewrote Arizona’s criminal code and turned it into one of the toughest in the nation. That legacy still defines Arizona justice today. He also stood tall on the national stage. Twice elected president of the National Rifle Association, Corbin was an unflinching supporter of the Second Amendment and the freedoms i...

So, You Want to Be a Glamorous TV Reporter in LA?

Once upon a time this gig was a golden ticket. All you needed was a face sculpted by angels, a voice smooth enough to sell whiskey, and the willingness to sign away your soul along with the rights to your face and voice so your employer could own you like a rental car. The pay was dazzling enough that you happily bent over the contract and did not complain. Those days are gone. By the mid 1990s the fairy tale soured. Out went the journalists, in came the bean counters. Today your paycheck is not money but “exposure” and your privacy is shredded. One mugshot for a DWI or one shoplifting slip and your shame is blasted everywhere faster than your best stand-up in front of city hall. The bare minimum now is brutal. You must write like Hemingway on espresso and hold a diploma from Northwestern or Columbia. Lesser schools need not apply. Then you will be tossed into the wild to recite stories in public while hecklers scream “fake news” behind you. Extra credit if you can keep a fake smile ...

Who Was Adolf Eichmann?

Adolf Eichmann was born on March 19, 1906. By the time Hitler clawed his way to power, Eichmann was a young man who knew exactly how to butter his bread on the right side. He impressed the right Nazis and climbed the bureaucratic ladder with the kind of ambition that makes corporate ladder-climbers look like amateurs. Despite his place in history, there is no evidence Eichmann ever personally murdered anyone. In fact, whispers claimed he might have had Jewish roots himself. He spoke Yiddish fluently, which is the sort of cosmic irony historians like to underline in red ink. Whatever his background, he sold his soul and cashed the Reich’s paychecks. Eichmann’s claim to infamy was as the transportation czar of the Third Reich. His job was simple in concept, monstrous in execution: coordinate the removal of Jews from every major European city and funnel them to concentration camps and death camps. Millions of people, loaded onto trucks, then stuffed into sealed freight cars. These were...

Tyranny, Government Corruption and Democide

Americans like to think they are exceptional. Yet most couldn’t tell you the first thing about how governments, like clockwork, repeat the same bloody cycles of tyranny and collapse. Everyone assumes the Nazis hold the crown for worst government in history. Sure, Hitler’s crew were sadistic thugs who industrialized murder. But “the worst”? Not even close. They just happened to do their killing during a time when cameras, film, and bureaucratic obsession with record-keeping made their atrocities impossible to hide. If Goebbels had been working with the technology of Genghis Khan, you’d barely have a postcard left to prove it. History is littered with tyrants who weren’t so kind as to leave photo albums of their mass murders. The Turks tried to erase the Armenians. Stalin starved Ukraine into submission during the Holodomor, then doubled down by purging his own people until the bodies stacked higher than Lenin’s promises. Mao made Stalin look like an amateur, turning his “Great Leap F...

Nuremberg: Hollywood’s Latest Attempt to Revisit History

In 2000, television slipped us a Canadian-made miniseries called Nuremberg. It didn’t just cover the trial of the century, it dug into the unnerving assignment of a Jewish American Army psychiatrist sent to dissect the mind of Reichsmarschall Hermann Goering. The question wasn’t just what crimes he committed, but how an ordinary man could twist himself into a monster on such a scale. Brian Cox, playing Goering, delivered a performance so commanding it should have been carved into stone. If this had been a feature film, an Oscar would have been his for the taking. Instead, because it was “only” television, Hollywood pretended not to notice. Cox, of course, later went on to win accolades worldwide for his role in Succession. I was fortunate enough to meet him in person, and I made sure he knew exactly how much I admired his work in Nuremberg. That performance still ranks among the best portrayals of a historical figure I’ve ever seen.  The script was sharp, the acting airtight, and ...

Ignorant Politicians, Judges and Their Idiotic Gun Laws

Since 1934 clueless politicians and robe-wearing know-nothings have been tinkering with gun features they don’t even understand. Shoulder braces, barrel lengths, certain grips… all demonized because some bureaucrat thought they “look scary.” Logic died the second these amateurs with zero firearm training started playing pretend expert. These are the same people who couldn’t rack the slide on a .22 pistol, yet they’re dictating what is or isn’t legal under a Second Amendment that could not possibly be clearer. At the heart of this nonsense is the simple act of adding a shoulder brace or second grip to a handgun. That is it. These so-called dangerous features provide safety, stability, and accuracy, exactly what any responsible shooter should want. And here’s the kicker: the people who need them most are the handicapped, the elderly, and anyone whose grip strength is fading. Ever heard of the Americans with Disabilities Act? Guess not. Then there are the average weekend shooters who c...
